KEMREX Shares Foundation Expertise at "Esara Unboxed: The Foundation of Freedom"

KhemLek Co., Ltd. (KEMREX) participated in "Esara Unboxed: The Foundation of Freedom," a special event offering fresh perspectives on home building. The event highlighted the crucial role of foundation work as the starting point for a stable structure and a key element in designing living spaces that meet long-term needs.
The event took place at the Esara Living Showroom in Nonthaburi Province on February 7–8 and 14–15, 2026. Held in an open and collaborative atmosphere, it gave participants the opportunity to learn, discuss, and closely exchange insights on home design and foundation system selection.
At the event, KEMREX shared industry knowledge during a Special Talk titled “Foundation Matters: A Good Home Starts with the Right Structure.”

The speakers shared valuable insights on the significance of foundation work, key factors to consider prior to construction, and practical guidelines for choosing the appropriate foundation system suited to house styles, ground conditions, and project constraints.
Beyond the presentation, attendees observed a live on-site pile installation demonstration, providing a clear, practical view of the workflow and application of KEMREX Screw Piles in residential construction. Participants also engaged in open Q&A sessions with engineering and architectural teams from Esara Living.
